Words cannot describe the job and the compassion they showed us. We had flooding in our basement Easter Sunday. Levi was at our home in less than an hour. His crew did a fantastic job. Tiffany and her crew were here to help move the things from the storage unit and helped placed in the correct rooms and even helped me unpack. faithful was an answer to my prayers. I pray that I won’t need them again but I would definitely have them again. Thanks again to such a great and compassionate group. Blessings. Jeanne Jacobsen

Worked with Faithful on damage from a leaking dishwasher. There were lots of issues with my insurance (not their fault) so the project took many many months. Because of the longer timeframe, I didn't feel like their was great continuity from one contractor to the next. Attention to detail was lacking. They did travel to and from Red Lodge so that was appreciated. Everything was okay, and the people who came to my house were nice enough, but I expected more for the price.

The response to our water leek was very quick. They looked at what needed to be done and a crew out the next day to remove the damaged ceiling and walls. The worked with our insurance throughout the whole project. We ended up getting Loy as our rebuilder and he done a very fantastic job. I would recommend Faithful Disaster Restoration to everyone.

Faithful Disaster Restoration is the only call you need to make. After a truck parked inside my house I needed to find someone that could come quickly after the first people did a poor job patching up the hole. Faithful should have been my first call. The came right away to secure my home and cleaned up the disaster. After the quality and professional response we decided to use them for the repair as well. They handled almost every aspect of the repairs, including dealing with the driver's insurance. I felt confident they were doing everything they could for not only the look of the repairs but, more importantly, the safety of my family. After the repairs were approved by the insurance, they started immediately and worked until it was done. Hal did a lot of the structure rebuild and he did a fantastic job. Mike Childs finished it up after that. He was amazing, not only was he one of the friendliest people I've ever met, he knew what he was doing. He made the damage appear like it never happened. If you ever get a chance to work with him, DO IT. Faithful kept me informed during the whole process (which due to insurance took like 8 month from crash to the repairs being done) and I never felt abandoned or like our repairs didn't matter, even though I know they're crazy busy. I will use them again if ever needed, but no offense, I hope I don't need to
